The sizes for the different module areas as well as the many sub-tables are given by the styles, but can be fine-tuned here.

General sizes of the modules (reception & intranet)

The regular window size of the modules has been adapted for 17" monitors and thus have the basic dimensions of

Width: 1150 Pixel x Height: 780 Pixel

Depending on the workplace or reception, there are monitors of various sizes in use, from compact, space-saving to large. Here you can define your own size, which is the best tradeoff for your employees in terms of effective use of the monitor as well as the minimum coverage of all monitor sizes in your company.

Load wide CSS

This function activates a dynamic width of all text fields, buttons, tables and other elements on the masks. Without specifying the width and height, loading the wide CSS alone will not result in many visible changes, but is necessary for more dynamic sizes.

Width and Height

You can define the sizes from the reception and from the intranet either pixel-exact or in % (relative to the monitor).

We recommend not to go below the minimum sizes (mentioned above). Furthermore, please place a semicolon after the definition of the width or height.
Examples

1500px; or 80%;

Pixel information gives a generally better picture of the interface. Although users on extremely wide screens can also work with % values, this could make operation unpleasant in full-screen mode.

Optimise tables

You will find an example of your current table configuration for the most important tables, so if you activated the column for "Access required" and "Custom flag" in the pre-registration, you will also find them here in the example. You will also find an example data set with example buttons and text under the table header to give you a quicker impression of your current adjustments.

Below each column is a text field. This is where the style definitions are stored in CSS. Please do not forget the semicolon after the value. This allows you to enter longer attribute strings than are visible in the size of the input field.

For example: width:150px; background-color: green; color: red;

After saving, you can update the mask and find most of the changes already changed on this interface without having to check the views in the respective module in an extra step. A final check of the actual mask is nevertheless recommended.
