A visitor becomes a long-term visitor if you define a period for the long-term visit during registration or pre-registration.

This visitor will then be found in the view Long-term visitors list.

In the main menu Long-term visitors you will find all available long-term visitors.

For this list applies:

• You will only find long-term visitors here who are not currently active in the house.

• Long-term visitors who were pre-registered but not yet logged in can be found in the list for pre-registered visitors instead. If this pre-registered visitor was logged in and then logged out, the visit will be listed here for further logins.

• Long-term visitors who are currently active in the building are not displayed here, for the time they are logged in.

Button Show all: loads all permanent visitors in the list who are in the permitted period (start / end time of the permanent visit). Both the signed-in and the non-signed-in permanent visitors.

Button Sign-on: this allows the employee to register the long-term visitor, the employee will have to review & confirm the predefined data of the visit again.
