We explain below the settings required to activate and configure the signature pad.

Setting 1 - Licence
The signature pad must be licensed for each gate. If you have at least one licence, you can activate the UPAD for visitors or groups, you can find this in the administration under
Other settings > LicenseLicence
Setting 2 - Activate for gate
At Gate you will find the option in Administration to activate the signature pad at Reception. This activates the prompt for the signature pad when registering a new visitor.
Setting 3 - Sign in to the tablet
Open the URL to the SignaturePad on the tablet.
Ideally in a windowless APP, so that the visitor does not accidentally or purposely leave the application.

After logging in, select the same gate as in the Reception module, here "Gate D"A”.
SignaturePad is ready
Signature pad is now ready for signals from the reception.
You can now register the visitor in the Reception module.
