By default, the Intranet module displays in all lists only the visits and pre-registrations for which you have been assigned as an employee yourself. The Assistance extension module now also allows you to display entries that you have created for another employee.


In the following examples, we will explain the benefits of the assistance add-on module and which variants are available.


List of pre-registered visitors

The employee can see only the visitors in the Intranet module that he has created himself.

List of pre-registered visitors

(with assistance)

In the Intranet module, the employee can see the visitors he has created himself and visitors he has created for another employee.

List of pre-registered visitors, incl. department

(with assistance and department)

The employee can additionally see the visitors who have been pre-registered for the whole department in the Intranet module.

List of pre-registered visitors, incl. deputy

(with deputy)

Employees can see their visitors in the Intranet module, as well as the visitors of employees for whom they have been defined as deputies.
