Kiosk: Extensions through the Visitor Portal

Visitors who want to sign in with existing PINs or badges, but didn't sign the visitor forms which they received, get the message "You have not completed forms that were emailed to you."

You can customize this hint text in the administration via the mask configuration. The visual display, such as the position and color, can also be customized using your own CSS.

Pre-registered visitors

Visitors who do not have their PIN at hand, for example, can also find their pre-registration in the system.

Visitors must select their visit. The kiosk will differentiate between the individual visits. Visits for which the data from the visitor portal has not yet been signed are clearly highlighted here with the additional text "You have not yet completed all the necessary forms".

Accordingly, this visit cannot be selected by the visitor until the necessary documents have been signed.
