Max Visit Count

The maximum number of visitor lines you want to display in the WelcomePage.

Time in the past from now (min)

How long a visit should be displayed after its scheduled arrival time.

Show active visits as well

If a visit of a pre-registration is logged in, or via Kiosk logs in itself, this visit is no longer displayed on the welcome page. With the option "Show active visits too", the pre-registrations remain displayed even after logging in, at least the time since logging in, including "Time in the past".

Time in the future from now (min)

How many minutes in advance to the scheduled arrival time of the visit should be displayed on the Welcomepage.

Refresh Time (sec)

At what interval the visits to the page should be updated.

Use slides instead of tables

Activates the function for switching from table to slide presentation

Switch the language of the welcome text, depending on the visitor's language

Switch the welcome greeting (Willkommen, Welcome, etc.) according to the visitor's language

Grouping visitors from the same company on one slide

If several visitors from the same company are pre-registered for an appointment, they are displayed together under the company name instead of the same company above for each visitor.

Animate slide change as a cross-fade

The slide change is usually without animation. With this animation activated, the index cards are animated in one movement from left to right.

If the animation of the slide change is not visible, please check whether the animation setting of Windows 10 is active. You can find this under
Settings → Ease of use → Display → Show animations in Windows.

Duration of display per slide (in sec)

How long a slide is displayed before switching to the next one.
