Login & logout with PIN / QR code

Entering the PIN using the keypad

To simplify registration, the visitor can use a PIN number sent to him or her, or scan a barcode / QR code that can be sent by e-mail. This code can also be printed on the badge.

If the PIN check is successful, the visitor is redirected to the visitor registration screens.

Feedback from the PIN interface

If you are using the Kiosk in conjunction with the Visitor Portal add-on module, the system checks in the background:

  • Were forms sent to the visit in advance for review / completion?

  • Has a signature been saved for these forms?

If no signature is available for forms, the kiosk system will give feedback that there are still forms unfilled and interrupt the further registration process.
