Additional module - Notification

Due to the physical separation of the reception and the employees from other entrances, it is not always possible to maintain direct communication. However, this can be particularly crucial in visitor management, e.g. when a special guest is expected and appropriate preparations for the reception have to be made.

In the following documentation, we will explain the benefits of the Notification add-on module.

When the additional module is activated, you will see a small new area in the reception at the top of the screen.

The counter shows how many new pre-registrations have been added.

This counter will be updated after some seconds or the specified time which can be configured at settings in the administration.

The counter is not automatically set to zero.
You can reset the counter by clicking the Refresh button.

With a click on the text, you jump directly into the view for the pre-registrations.
