Currently on site - Module Intranet

With one click, your staff can find out which of their visitors are currently in the building. This can also provide a quick overview in emergency situations.
In the following documentation, we explain in detailed steps how to use the list Currently on site. You will also find a short video tutorial here.

First click on the button Currently on site in the main menu.

The list actually shows all visitors who have been actively visiting your house. The restriction due to the intranet is that you only see visitors who are created for you or created by you for colleagues.
The screen always starts in "Currently on site" mode, which you select via the button Currently on site and notice the currently active visits in the house.

Button: Currently on site - a filter that only shows active visitors.

Button: Print - The print button provides you with the current listing in tabular form for printing.
