When the visit has been confirmed by submitting the signature, your reception staff will receive the signature on the screen for review. Your reception staff must check whether a signature has actually been signed and not simply scribbled. If something is wrong, the receptionist can reset the signature by clicking on the button empty and repeat the request of the signature again.
Clicking the Next button accepts the signature and takes you to the Print & Register page.
Here you can now select the relevant badge. Click on the button Register&Print to register the visitor and print the badge at the same time.
You can also just register the visitor. To do so, click the Sign-on button in the upper right corner.
The registration was successful and the visitor is now automatically in your visit list.
You now have the option of returning to the main menu via the Done button or registering another visit via Start process again.
