Other Settings - Reports

Report customisation can be complex or time-consuming, but we try to make it as simple as possible. For this purpose, we have created a possibility whereby you can customise the reports via an online designer without needing additional software.

You will find the management of the reports in the administration under

Other Settings > Reports

There you will already find templates for all important reports and purposes.

On the left side, you will find the reports for editing.
On the right side, you will find the reports that are actively used in the productive system (live status).

Editing reports

You can use existing reports with the following functions

• Edit
  Opens the report in the online designer

• Rename reports

• Delete

• Duplicate

• Copy to the live-usage
  To use the reports, edit them on the left-hand side. Save the report in the online designer and then send the report to the live-usage, using the Transfer (right arrow) button.
  You can also copy a report from the live state to your edit state with the transfer button (arrow button on the right), for example to reset incorrect changes in the local edit version.

• Upload Reports
  If you have already reports that are just fine you would like to upload to the system, this is the place to do it.

• New Reports
  Creates a new, empty report.
