Here you will find a detailed explanation of single-visitor pre-registration and a short video tutorial.

First click on the button Pre-registration in the main menu.

Click on the Visitor button.

Multi Visitor Registration is only available to you if you have licensed Additional module - Multi Visitor Registration .

You can use the search to find existing records or create a new record with the button "Create new visit".

Enter all the information you need about your visit.

If not configured otherwise, the following fields are mandatory:

  • First name

  • Name

  • Company

  • Employee

The input fields "Company" and "Employee" automatically display a selection after entering the first letter. If you click on the button "Add company" (or edit company if you have selected a company), you will enter the company administration.

When you have entered all the required information, click on "Confirm" in the top right-hand corner.

A permanent visit can be created for each visitor. This means that after a visitor logs out, the data record appears in a separate list and is available again for repeated logins for quick selection. These saves having to re-enter the data.

Clicking the Next button takes you to the Print page.

To complete the pre-registration process, you can also print out a document such as a visitor badge by clicking on the PreRegister & Print button on the relevant report.

You can also just preregister the visitor. To do so, click the Preregister button in the upper right corner.

The preregistration was successful, and the visitor is now automatically in your preregistered visitors list.
