Pre-registered visitors can be found in the Pre-registered list with one click. You can quickly access other pages from this page and work quickly and easily.
In the following documentation, we explain detailed steps for the Pre-Registered list in the Reception module.

Click on the button Pre-Registered visitors in the main menu.

In the overview you can find all open pre-registrations.

Button: Today - With this button, you can limit the selection to all of today with one click, without having to use the search filter for the period for this.

Button: Print (top) - Print a tabular list of all pre-registered visitors. If you have previously used the search by period, you can limit the printing of the list via this.

Action button: Print - You have the options for quick-access to badge printing, thus the reception can prepare the upcoming visits if required, for example.

Action button: Edit - Edit the record of the visit.

Action button: Sign on - Directly open the entered data of the pre-registered visit from the list and directly execute the registration process in the next step.

Action button: Email - Use this to resend the pre-registration email to the visitor. (Only available with the Additional module Office)

Action button: Delete - Delete the pre-registration.

In the bottom bar, you will find the most frequently used links from the main menu, which will again save you a little more time at the reception and make it more comfortable to use in daily use.
