Creating a new visit (as a pre-registration) for the Visitor Portal is no different from a regular pre-registration.

In the following step you have the possibility to select file attachments for the e-mail to the visitor. The attachment can be downloaded and checked by the employee before sending.

The last step is the selection of the forms to be sent to the visitor. These forms are lined up in the visitor portal. The visitor must confirm the processing or viewing of the forms with a signature when closing the Visitor Portal.
