Whether it's general regulations to indicate safety precautions, instructions or current events such as pandemics, you can react flexible and quick to the current situation with the Visitor Portal. You can send important documents and forms to your visitors before they arrive at the facility or office, and have them countersign that they have been read and understood. This shortens the time the visitor spends at the reception desk. You can also send individual documents in advance for each visit and purpose.
