E-mail configuration for the Visitor Portal. This guide explains what options you have for the e-mail settings of the Visitor Portal.
In the configuration you can currently find the selection of e-mail templates for the visitor and for the employee. These e-mail templates are sent as soon as a visitor has completely filled out and sent the forms.
The visitor receives the confirmation e-mail, which can of course also be enhanced with additional useful information.
The employee should primarily receive the message that his visitor has processed and sent the necessary forms.
