Using the Media Files add-on, the e-mails to the visitor can be extended with file attachments.
This extension is seamlessly integrated into the registration process and is available for reception and the intranet. All-season information such as notes on the company property and safety instructions can be added just as easily as seasonal or short-term information, e.g. a cafeteria schedule or time-limited changes in travel by local public transport.

If
you are not sure which attachment is located behind the element, you can download the attachment via the blue arrow.
In the Administration under Office > Media files, you can manage the attachments.
Create / edit media
Name
Give the attachment a meaningful, self-explanatory name. After saving the media file, you can jump directly to the translations view via the eye icon.
Type
You can add attachments like images (JPEGs for example) or PDFs. You also have the option of printing a report, which you must then select in the customized view.
File
The file selection is only displayed for the "Attachment" type. Here you can select the desired file to upload. With the gray button on the right side, you can view/download an existing file and thus check whether it is still up to date.
Initial State
If you want an attachment to be sent with each registration process, you can activate the "Initial State". With this, the checkbox for this file will always be preselected in the registration process. Of course, the attachment can still be deactivated manually in the pre-registration and is only used here for a more convenient workflow.

Intranet
Enable attachment for pre-registrations in Intranet.
Gate
Control at which gates your attachment should be available for selection. If a customer should only come to the workshop area, he does not necessarily have to receive the information for the gate in the laboratory. Multiple selection of gates can be selected by holding down the CTRL key.
