Group Management - Module Reception

You can now choose between visitor, group and company management.
Click on the Group Management button.

Find the groups of data you want to edit.
You can search for group names, group leader names or company names.

Click the Detail View button to access the data set.

Here you will find all the basic information about a visitorgroup record.

Manage visitors - expand or reduce the number of persons in the group via the button in the respective own mask here.

Button History of the visits - A listing of all visits made by this visitorgroup to date.

Instruction on - The last instruction carried out and confirmed is displayed here. Depending on the configuration of your system, the next instruction will be carried out again after X days for a new login. You can reset the instruction for the next login here with the Reset button and thus force it.
