New visitors - Registration at Module Kiosk

Unlike visitors already stored in the system or pre-registrations, visitors who are not yet known can also register at the kiosk.
Since no visit and visitor data can be accessed here, the new visitors must provide all visit data themselves.

 

The language selection is the first step that your visit will see and in which the visit's upcoming registration will be made.

If you have activated PIN login for your kiosk, the visitor will see the PIN search screen.

The new visitor must click on the New Visit button at the bottom right.

The following screen is used to decide whether the visit is already stored in the system or whether the data must be created completely from scratch.

For a new visitor, I was not registered must be selected here.

Basic information

The fields marked with a star * are mandatory fields. Mandatory fields that are not filled in are highlighted in red after a check.
The input fields "Company" and "Employee" automatically display a selection after entering the first three letters.

When you have entered all the required information, click on "Next" at the bottom right.

COVID forms

If you have activated the COVID-19 forms in your kiosk, additional contact details will now be requested.

Separate questions must also be answered for the COVID-19 forms. Here, you can ask your visitors up to 6 questions (to be answered with yes/no).

The COVID-19 forms are signed separately with a signature for this purpose.

 

 

Safety Instruction & Briefings

Finally, the individual instruction texts and safety instructions are displayed. The examples shown here are already included templates that you can adapt and use as you wish and in different languages.

These pages are freely customizable, both in the number of pages and the content. Of course, these pages can also be translated.

 

Completion of registration

Your visitors have to sign the whole process with a signature, for example, so that the information shown before has been read and understood.

Done.

If your kiosk is configured to print a badge after a successful login, this will now be done.

The registration process is finished, and the screen changes back to the language selection, ready for the next visitor.
