Test E-Mail
If you want to check the access data, you can send a test e-mail. In the field next to "Test", enter the e-mail address where the test mail is to be sent to.
With the button "Test" you start the test process.
The box on the right side of the "Test" button shows the result, if it was successful or if there is an error.
E-Mail Cronjobs
Control for which area you want to use the Hangfire-cronjobs.
Advantages of background emails
For all processes in which an e-mail is generated and sent, the process runs through step by step. With the background cronjobs active, the processes for generating and sending the e-mails are processed A-Synchronously and thus the process is carried out more quickly on the interface.
Example: If you create a pre-registration for a visitor with subsequent notification by e-mail, you do not have to wait until the process of generating + sending the e-mail is completed when completing the pre-registration, but can return to the main menu and carry out further registrations or pre-registrations without delay.
