Currently on site - Module Reception

Find out quickly who is currently in your house. This can also provide a quick overview in emergency situations.
In the following documentation, we explain in detailed steps how to use the list Currently on site.

First click on the button Currently on site in the main menu.

The list actually shows all visitors who have been an active visitor in your house.
The screen always starts in "Currently on site" mode, which you select via the button Currently on site and see the currently active visits in the house.

Button: Currently on site - a filter that only shows active visitors.

Button: Print - The print button provides you with the current listing in a table format for printing.

Date and time

The planned and actual visit time is shown differently in the list.

(1) shows the planned "will come" time

(2) if a planned "will go" time has been specified for the visit, this is displayed in grey below it

(3) If the lower time is displayed in black instead, this indicates the actual "has gone" time

Effective search

You can search for up to 3 words at the same time and thus search very precisely.
The words used can search all the table information, for example, you can specify the last name of the visit, the company name and a name of the employee to be visited.

All you have to do is separate the words with a space.
