User preferences (intranet)

In the user settings, everyone makes the setting for their own user.

The following options may vary depending on the configuration and enabled add-on module in your ID VisitControl.

The settings for preselecting a gate are only visible if more than one gate is defined for your system.

This gate will then be preselected the next time you log on to the system to simplify the daily logon process.

The language of the user interface is set here.

In the basis, the German and English languages are always fully translated.

The deputy function is only visible if you have the additional module Assistance and this has been activated.

With Select Deputy you can search for the user who is allowed to access your visitors.

Under I am the deputy of you can see which user has deposited you as their deputy.
