Configuration in the license (entrance separation)

You have the option of configuring each gate individually. You can do this in the administration under "Gates". The number of gates you can manage depends on the number of reception licenses.

Here we would only like to explain the additional options of the entrance separation, which has the same effect on all gates. These setting options can be found in the administration under
Other points > License

Activate gate separation in the intranet

If "Activate gate separation in the intranet" has been activated, the gate selection for pre-registration is integrated from the intranet into the process.

Activate gate separation in reception (Pre-registration list)

If this checkbox is activated, the list of pre-registrations is extended for viewing additional gates.

The table is extended by the column "Gate". This allows you to differentiate through which gate the current visitors are registered on the premises of your building.
The button for "Only my gate" is displayed. This restricts the results of the table: only those visitors are displayed who were registered at the gate you are using.

In this configuration, all visitors are listed in the pre-registrationlist, regardless of the gate used.

If this checkbox is activated, the visit list is extended for viewing additional gates.

The table is extended by the column "Gate".
The button for "Only my gate" is displayed.

Empfang: visits List – show only active gates

With the function "Reception: visits List - show only active gates", the gates are

Only visitors who are logged in to the gateway you are currently using are displayed. Visitors who are logged in at other gates are hidden in this list.
The button for "Only my gate" as well as the gate column in the table are hidden.
