Additional module - Clean Data (GDPR)

With the additional module Clean Data, you get the possibility - with the one-time licensing of the corresponding modules - to clean data records in a GDPR-compliant way.

In the administration you will find all necessary settings for manual or automatic deletion under Other settings > Clean Data.

These settings are not only in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, but also for your own convenience and to simplify your daily work.

You can easily define when a cleanup of the visitor data should take place so that endless data sets do not build up, and you do not have to click through manually to delete the data.

Each of the cleanup can be set to the exact day, or at what interval the data should be deleted. If you make changes on the mask, please save them afterwards with "Save as default".

With "Clean All" you can start the above cleaning routines manually.

Clean pre-registrations

This refers to pre-registrations that were not converted into a visit, e.g. because a visitor did not show up.

Adjusted visits

Actual - i.e. formerly active - visit data stored in the system.

You can differentiate here between the visit data and the completed visit forms.

Clean visitors

With the time, depending on the activity, a lot of personal data is collected. In order to get rid of at least the no longer needed (and perhaps unique) visitors in the system, you have here more detailed customization options depending on your needs.

Private visits that are in the past are removed with this setting.

Adjusted permanent visitors

To offer the greatest possible individuality, you have separate setting options for permanent visitors.

Adjusted companies

• Company orphans - are company data that are no longer associated with any visitor.

• Inactive companies - When a company is deleted, it remains in the database as "inactive", since visitors or visit data may still refer to the company. With "Delete inactive companies" they are permanently deleted from the database.

Clean up Covid data

These are the completed COVID-19 forms, e.g. from the Visitor Portal or from the Kiosk.

Clean VisitorForms

VisitorForms are data from the additional forms of the visitor portal.
