In the overview, the "Forms" column is added.
The extension of the Forms and PIN column is included in the reception and intranet.
This column contains one additional icon per status, or no icon if necessary.

 | Forms completed, the visitor has filled in all the forms sent to him for the Visitor Portal and signed them with his signature. |
The PIN generated for the visitor is also displayed, this PIN number is usually also sent to the visitor by e-mail. If the pre-registered visitor uses the link to the visitor portal, he doesn't need it.
