List of pre-registered visitors

The Visitor Portal extends the "Pre-Registered List" view in the Reception and Intranet.
This guide explains which extensions are added by the Visitor Portal in this view.

In the overview, the "Forms" column is added.

The extension of the Forms and PIN column is included in the reception and intranet.

This column contains one additional icon per status, or no icon if necessary.

No symbol	No additional forms were selected for the visit.
	Forms sent, the visitor has not yet processed the forms.
	Forms completed, the visitor has filled in all the forms sent to him for the Visitor Portal and signed them with his signature.

If all the forms sent from you to the visitor have been signed, you will also receive confirmation in the new window of the date on which this was done.

Furthermore, you can click on the respective form names, a new window will open the forms. If the visitor has already partially filled out the form, you will be able to see the data entered for this.

The PIN generated for the visitor is also displayed, this PIN number is usually also sent to the visitor by e-mail. If the pre-registered visitor uses the link to the visitor portal, he doesn't need it.

If there are any problems, or the visitor needs to fill out the documents, for example, at the reception, the visitor will have to use this PIN as well as his last name in order to fill out the forms responsible for his visit.
