Configuration for the Visitor Portal.
This guide explains what options you have for the e-mail, as well as other settings of the Visitor Portal.

 

E-Mail Templates

In the configuration, you can currently find the selection of e-mail templates for the visitor and for the employee. These e-mail templates are sent as soon as a visitor has completely filled out and sent the forms.

The visitor receives the confirmation e-mail, which can of course also be enhanced with additional useful information.

The employee should primarily receive the message that his visitor has processed and sent the necessary forms.

Preventing sign-on, in case of incomplete forms

In the list of pre-registrants, it is possible for the reception to register a visit directly via pre-registration. This option checks whether the visit has signed all the necessary forms that were sent. If this is not the case, a message will appear when the visitor tries to register, indicating which forms have not yet been signed.

 

Redirect visitors back to the language selection

After the forms have been filled in successfully, the view of the visitor portal is automatically returned to the language selection. The time that the automatism should wait can be set here in seconds.
