Configuration - E-Mail per gate

Since the email templates, depending on the gateway, can differ in requirements and content, we have made it possible to select the templates per gate. Therefore, you can find the assignment of the templates in the administration area at Gates.

Edit a gate.

Especially for the reception area, you can assign the email templates quite precisely for which action the appropriate template should be used.

The eye icon will take you directly to the selected email template.

Optional: Set up a 2nd e-mail template

It is possible to store an additional second template for each situation. This has many uses, for example, if you want to send different information by e-mail to the visitor and the employee (who is visited) during a registration.

Likewise, you can perfectly implement your company's corporate design in the email templates for the visitor, while your company's employees will receive a very compact and clear email.
